Muetzel Plumbing Heating & Cooling is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual. We have an immediate opening for a material Delivery Driver. Along with driving throughout the Central Ohio area, the position involves checking, loading and unloading materials for our commercial plumbing and HVAC divisions. This position plays a vital role in the efficiency of the work we perform. Therefore, we are looking for a high-quality candidate to fill this need. We are looking for someone who has a "can do" attitude and a clean driving record. The ideal candidate will have received their high school diploma or equivalent and have a valid Ohio driver's license. A current DOT endorsement is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Checking and verifying the completeness of material orders.
• Arrive on time for work each day. (6:30 a.m. start time)
• Able to present a professional image of our company in supply houses, construction sites and public offices.
• Work with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, government workers, office staff and co-workers.
• Help maintain and promote company morale, professionalism and a friendly work environment.
• Safely driving a truck, sometimes with a trailer and/or flatbed to and from job sites and supply houses for equipment and material deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great attitude and strong communication skills.
• Applicants must have a current Ohio driver license and an excellent driving record as they will be driving company vehicles and equipment.
• Valid DOT endorsement allowing them to drive combination vehicles intrastate. (Not required but considered a plus.)
• Drug Free.
• Willing to assist in whatever needs completed to get the job done in the warehouse, on the road or on the job site.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 60 pounds without restrictions.
• Clean background check.
• Submit to drug testing.
• Clean DMV report.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
